However, to the north, the street presents a rigid and characterless building front. The first objective of the project was therefore to find a new urban quality in four stages

At the request of the owner, the layout of this apartment has been optimized. The decompartmentalization between the entrance and the living room has enlarged the living space, while bringing light into the entrance. The installation of a glass roof in the living room allowed the creation of an office while preserving light. The creation of an airlock and new access to the bedroom and bathroom provide more privacy between the living rooms and other rooms.
